Properties:

Phosphoric acidis a colorless syrup-like thick liquid. It is easy to soluble in water and ethanol,odorless and with sourness. Its melting point is 42.35℃. After it is heated to 300, it will lose water to generate pyrophosphoric acid and metaphosphoric acid. Food grade phosphoric acid can be used as sour agent, although it isnot as good as organic acid in flavor, because of its sour intensity, therefore it is suitable for some non-fruit drink which is unfavorable to usecitric acid. Phosphoric acid used as normal human body composition, it is necessary ingredients for bones, teeth and a variety of enzymes. Technical grade phosphoric acidis easy to soluble in water and soluble in ethanol. It’s acidity is weaker than strong acid such as: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and nitric acid but stronger than the weak acid acetic acid and boric acid. It can stimulate the skin cause inflammation and damage tissues. Heated Concentration of phosphoric acid in porcelain has erosion and hygroscopicity.

Usage:

Food grade phosphoric acid can be used as sour agent and nutritional agent of yeast. It can be used as sour agent for sauce, can and soft drinks. Used in the yeast saccharomyces source of keeping nutrition and prevent bacteria breeding in vintage industry.

Technical grade phosphoric acid mainly for metal surface steel, phosphate processing, preparing polishing and chemical polishing fluid; for the polished aluminum products; used in the manufacture of various hydrochloride; used in produce DCP feed grade, Manganese phosphate and potassium pyrophosphate. In Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry used in glycerol sodium and the catalyst to manufacturing penicillin; Used in fuel and production of intermediate desiccant;
